Guest lecture at the Technical University Munich about Novel Food


Novel-Food-Verordnung 2015/2283

Dr. Anne-Marie Orth will be a guest lecturer in the summer semester 2020 within the lecture "Innovative Technologies for Food" and will hold a presentation on "Novel Food and General Food Law" at the Chair of Food and Bioprocess Engineering. Due to the corona crisis the course will not be held as a classroom lecture. However, students can follow the lecture via video streaming.
