Silvia Hohensee

Silvia Hohensee supports the RDA team as a state-certified food chemist since the beginning of 2022. She consults on all scientific and regulatory issues related to food and consumer goods and supports our customers in their daily business. Previously, she worked for several years at a food supplement manufacturer as Regulatory Affairs Manager and Specifications Specialist. There she was responsible for all regulatory issues from product development, manufacturing to the final product. 

Silvia Hohensee studied food chemistry at the Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg. Following her first state exam, she successfully completed her practical training as a state-certified food chemist at the “Bavarian State Office for Health and Food Safety” with the second state exam in 2015.

From 2015 to 2022, she worked for an international manufacturer of food supplements as Regulatory Affairs Manager and Specifications Specialist. In this role, she was responsible for all regulatory issues related to food and food contact material in the company from product development, through manufacturing, to the final product. In addition, she worked closely with quality management in the implementation of food and product standards, such as the IFS (International Featured Standards).
Since 2022, Silvia Hohensee supports the RDA team as a state-certified food chemist. She advises on all scientific and regulatory issues related to food and consumer goods and she also supports our customers in their daily business.
